After working in an animal shelter, Alli Stetz quickly realized how stressful a shelter environment can be for dogs. Even more, she found that bully breed type dogs were often discriminated against and many potential adopters were averse to adopting pitbulls due to misconceptions they were led to believe about the breed

This month Bully Bows is donating a portion of its sales to Crisis Response Canines (CRC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that certifies, trains, and deploys certified Animal Assisted Therapy (AAT) and Animal Assisted Crisis Response (AACR) teams . Crisis Response Canines (CRC) deploys carefully selected, highly trained teams to scenes following traumatic events.
This month Bully Bows paid the adoption fees for sweet Louise! Louise is an amazing little house-hippo. They don't come any cuter than this. Currently she is under foster care through my favorite rescue Homeward Bound.
This month, for National Pitbull Awareness Month Bully Bows sponsored the adoption of 5 bully breed dogs at Homeward Bound Animal Shelter.
This month Bully Bows partnered with Paw It 4ward Foundation to sponsor the spaying of Libby a foster dog under their care. Since 2013, Paw It 4ward has rescued over 200 dogs and donated nearly $100,000 to medical grants to local animal shelters!
The Voorhees Animal Orphanage (“VAO”) is a 501-c-3, non-profit Municipal Animal Shelter dedicated to providing shelter, food and medical care to stray and unwanted animals until permanent homes can be found. We are an open-intake animal shelter serving 26 municipalities in Southern New Jersey, 19 of which are in Camden County. Although the Voorhees Animal Orphanage serves more than half of Camden County, NJ, we do not receive any operational or financial support from the County. The only income we receive are the monthly fees we receive from the municipalities that we serve, and adoption fees. Otherwise, we rely very heavily upon the generosity of charitable donations to help us meet our budget.
